The German voice and speech coach Anna-Lisa Finke provided professional support for the entire rehearsal process of the performance "The Cherry Orchard" over a period of six weeks. The premiere of Volker Schmidt's production took place on October 28, 2022. Anna-Lisa Finke initially trained as an actress at the European Theatre Institute in Berlin and worked freelance in various productions and ensembles in Germany before studying speech science at Martin Luther University in Halle-Wittenberg.

Since 2020, she has been working as a freelance voice and speech coach and has worked as such in Barcelona, among other places. Already at the beginning of the 2022/23 season, a voice and speech training for the actors and actresses of the GSTT took place, led by Tim Schüler from the renowned Berlin Hochschule für Schauspielkunst Ernst Busch. The training of the ensemble will continue in the month of November.
